“Fais Do Do” Complimentary Food & Beverages with a Louisiana Flair Will Be Provided In The Castine Center For Dealers Beginning Immediately After the Show on Saturday! Adult Beverages Will Be Provided By New Orleans Own Seven Three Distillery & The Abita Brewery. We Gonna “Pass a Good Time, My Baby!”
Complimentary Snacks & Beverages Provided for Dealers During Set Up Hours on Friday. Abita Beer Rollout At 3:00.
Complimentary Coffee & Beignets Saturday & Sunday Morning.
Complimentary Hot Lunch on Saturday & Sunday.

TABLE PRICES & SHOW POLICY (ALL TABLES ARE 8 FEET):

Non-Wall Tables – $90 Per Table Regardless of How Many You Require – NO Additional Fees!
Wall Tables – $100 Per Table Regardless of How Many You Require – NO Additional Fees!
NOTE: NO MORE $45 ADDITIONAL FEE! We Are Now Covering The $35 Venue Fee & $10 Parish Tax For ALL Dealers!

Dealer Setup, Show Hours & Show Policy

FRIDAY 11 October 2024 – 12PM – 7PM – Dealer Setup – Your Setup Time Will Be a Total of Seven Hours This Day – Between the Hours of 12PM & 7PM Only. Please Note That These Are Extended Hours.
SATURDAY 12 October 2024 – Dealers May Enter at 8:00 AM – Public Enters at 9:00 AM. Open to Public From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with Dealer Event Beginning in the Hall at 5:00 PM
SUNDAY 13 October 2023 – Dealers May Enter at 8:00 AM – Public Enters at 9:00 AM. Open to the Public from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Dealers Are Required To Stay Set Up Until 3:00 Because At Our Previous Shows Sunday Has Been A Busy Day & the Public Attendance Has Been Steady Right Up Until Closing.
