- “Fais Do Do” Complimentary Food & Beverages with a Louisiana Flair Will Be Provided In The Castine Center’s NEW, Beautiful New Orleans Style Courtyard for Dealers Beginning Immediately After the Show on Saturday! We Gonna “Pass a Good Time, My Baby!”
- Complimentary Snacks & Beverages Provided for Dealers During Set Up Hours on Friday.
- Complimentary Coffee & Beignets Saturday & Sunday Morning.
- Complimentary Hot Lunch on Saturday & Sunday.
- Complimentary Dealer Lounge with Snacks & Beverages During All Show Hours.
TABLE PRICES, FEES & SHOW POLICY (NOTE: ALL TABLES ARE 8 FEET):
- Non-Wall Tables – 1 to 4 $85 Per Table; 5+ $75 Per Table
- Wall Tables – 1-4 $95; 4+ $85 Per Table
- NOTE: Due To Recently Imposed Taxes & Fees From Our Venue and Our Parish, There Is Also an Additional $45 Fee Added To Your Table Order. This Fee is NOT Per Table. It Is A One Time Fee Regardless of How Many Tables You Purchase. We Have Added Reduced Fees For 5+ Tables & Are Providing You With More Amenities In The Way of Food & Beverages To Help You Offset This Extra Fee.

- FRIDAY 6 October 2023 – 12PM – 5PM – Dealer Setup – Your Setup Time Will Be a Total of Five Hours This Day – Between the Hours of 12PM & 5PM Only
- SATURDAY 7 October 2023 – Dealers May Enter at 8:00 AM – Public Enters at 9:00 AM. Open to Public From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with Dealer Event Beginning in the Hall at 5:00 PM
- SUNDAY 8 October 2023 – Dealers May Enter at 8:00 AM – Public Enters at 9:00 AM. Open to the Public from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We Sincerely Appreciate Our Dealers Staying Until 3:00 Because At Our 2022 Show the Public Was Still Coming in Up Until Closing
