If you are flying to the Greater New Orleans Militaria Show, both New Orleans’ Louis Armstrong International Airport and Gulfport, Mississippi’s International Airport are close and convenient.
Local Hotels
If you are planning to attend the Greater New Orleans Militaria Show, we HIGHLY recommend that you book your accommodations ASAP as the show is on a VERY busy event weekend in our community. The Covington / Mandeville area boasts a number of hotels. However, if these hotels are unavailable, Slidell, in particular the Airport Road Exit, provides a convenient alternative.
Interstates 10, 12, 55 & 59 Are Close
The Castine Center is centrally located to a number of interstate highway systems that traverse our country. As a point of reference you will find Birmingham, AL & Meridian, MS to the Northeast. Jackson & Hattiesburg, MS to the North. Biloxi, MS, Mobile, AL and Pensacola, FL to the East. Baton Rouge, LA and Houston, TX to the West. With New Orleans being due South across Lake Pontchartrain.
